I've got an MKII with OC75's coming my way through a trade and I couldn't be more excited!!!! :banana:banana:banana

That's right, 3 banana's excited...

I've seen and heard, and looked through the windows on here at so many DAM's and I have yet to play one. *I used to have a large box Ram's Head that I didn't get along with at the time... I accept that and have moved on*

I've got all the usual suspects as far as Tone Bender's are concerned, what can I expect from this guy?

Killer pedal. I have the same one. I also have an AM NKT Sunface, but find myself using the D*A*M more these days. The MKII has more bite...

BTW, I grew up in Baltimore...miss those steamed crabs...

Yeah, I'm right next to Chesapeake City, and I'm really looking forward to crab season... although the prices are through the roof lately. My buddy and I dropped about $180 for a bushel last summer. Hopefully the population is back up.

I've had my share of Fuzz Face style pedals, but they just don't have enough growl for me. Unless, of course, you go with a Silicon, in which case you sacrifice the beauty of volume roll off... My ProAnalog MKIII cleans up better than any FF I've ever tried, and I really love what it does at lower gain settings, so I'm thinking the D*A*M will handle the higher gain ToneBender stuff.

Has anyone done a showdown between D*A*M's where they've compared the different transistors?

CRABS!!!!! every time I drive thru Maryland on my way to NYC, i always stop in Havre de Grace and get some CRABS at this one restauraunt, don't remember the name, but I know how to get there with my eyes closed. Blue crabs are some of the best eating in the world.

The MKII that is soon to be yours is quite smply the best fuzz i have ever played through. And it goes from CLEAN to MEAN with a flick of the guitar's volume control.

here's a nice pic of those delicious OC75s for you to savor until you get it. i think i may film a demo video of it right now just for fun!

does David do some great work or what? These pedals deserve a CLEAR back on them, so you can gaze into the innards :YinYang

Thanks Cali... I've been listening to your demo's for a few days now, and they were one of the reasons why I wanted to give the OC75's a shot.

Jazz, thanks for the link, always quick with the info. I'm on my way out right now, but I'll be all over that when I get home later tonight...

Bobby, I'm about 20 minutes North of Havre de Grace via 95, all the little towns around here have at least one "best kept secret" restaurant. Next time you are on your way through, get off at Exit 100 in North East and try Woody's on Main Street. The best crab cakes I've ever had.

Man -- I had some crab cakes up there that were SO GOOD, so BIG, and so full of crab -- i had to stop at THREE.

i can usually plow through 2 dozen crabs...but these crab cakes were so thick and huge, and full of lump crab meat, it was amazing.

next time i go thru town, i'll have to check out woodys. our band may be going to NYC and PA to do a small tour soon, so we may be up there in a couple months!

Bobby, great sounding vid! The MKII sound is the fuzz that grabs me, it just has that edge.
