Got a chance to view an interesting new (to me) cookbook by Jamie Oliver. Here, the Naked Chef describes some of his favorite homespun recipes from his childhood, how his Mom lovingly prepared them, and now he's sharing them with the public.

One of my favorites is the Roast Beef Sarnie (sandwich, to us Yanks) with sliced roast beef, green leaf lettuce, salt, pepper, and Coleman's mustard on a bulky roll.

If you're eyes aren't tearing up and your brow breaking a light sweat from the mustard, you don't have enough mustard on your sandwich. (Jamie's words...)
