1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

Is he on vacation, in the hospital, taking a break etc? What's going on? Maybe this was already explained in another thread, but I can't find it at the moment. Sorry.

I know in the past he has always answered my emails. On rare occasions it took a couple of days to respond but usually he is quick to reply. I hope he's doing okay.

Is there a thread somewhere on here or another website confirming him being out for a while?

Got my Eternity in the mail last week. During shipping the finish on the volume knob top was broken off. Emailed him about a replacement, he responded in about 15 minutes and I got a new set of knobs in the mail today. Great customer service and a great sounding od.

If it’s not to personal to ask, did you pay up front or pay when the pedal was completed?

I payed up front and got the pedal in less than 3 weeks. I got in before the recent price increase.

Yeah I ordered in the begging of April without paying up front. If I had known that paying up front would have got me the pedal faster I would have done so…

I have been on the "list" for a 'burst since 4/05/06. There was no option to prepay when I got on. I'm getting anxious, but no big deal, just as long as he's ok. It'll be worth the wait.

If you are on the "Ltd. Burst List" those are a special run that he is building on the side and it is my understanding that the special run will be built somewhat differently. I am not 100% sure how different or if it is to a higher tolerance. Again, I am going based on another thread I have read here.. The word on the street is the Ltd. "E" is worth the wait.

FWIW, I paid for a sunburst limited Eternity pedal on July 3rd and got it within 10 days. I emailed him twice about it in the interim, and both times got a reply within the day. Very, very good service and a very, very good pedal.

Yes the White Dragon rocks but it would be so much better with an "E". : (
