Even if you drop a zero...
I have my Reverb set to my local currency.
I think that's one expensive amp - but I also think we will all be eating
our words if this guy really gets that kind of cabbage for the amp.
Maybe he's trying to push the boundaries so he can sell the other
30 he has hidden away.
Since I don't have to buy this - I'm kind of all a jitter in anticipation
of him selling this.
No way he's selling that.
Wait a minute, let me check, let's see; damn, left my wallet at home!
YIKES that's a stiff asking price!
Hope is not a strategy.
Bargain bin pricing! Nice!
telex is much rarer than tolex.
1. Valderamma - wasn’t that the great Brazilian midfielder with the stunning Afro? Why does he have a 100W amp? Is it all part of the beautiful game?
2. There is only one feedback - but it’s pretty interesting.
3. Telex, tolex, evs.
4. Visitation is a perfectly cromulent word.
This dude is obsessed with Carlos santana.
Must be some sort of marketing strategery, designed to slowly and subliminally boost pricing on all used gear. See enough crazy prices like this, and you might start to believe the Gorilla practice amp you had in high school really is a vintage item worth thousands. At least with Two Rock amps, it's not like you see them in every GC or at a lot of local bar gigs. So, with there being few of them out in public, it's not totally implausible to think they're pretty rare and special.
I'd pay $2500 for an old TS long before I'd consider the Two-Rock at that ridiculous price.
Now that I think about it -its probably his wife telling him it has to go.
So he puts it up at a science fiction price so It will never sell.
I'd be all over this if was it was red tolex.
And worth about as much as that overpriced amp!
There's an ass for every seat...
I could buy a real Dumble ODS head from the original owner, recently serviced by Mr. Dumble for less than this amp. Thousands less actually.
Gee, decisions decisions....
