Son Gave Me a Strat.....

    a MIM black strat. Only 2 conditions. He can play it whenever He wants and I can't sell it in case He wants to buy it back. I can live with that. I just need to get some new pickups and I'll be in business. :AOK

    Congrats on the NGD!

    I'm the guy who is always giving guitars to other people if they show interest, gave one to my younger bro, my two nephews each got one...it would be nice if someone gave me one...just once....

    You sound like me! Younger brother (Fender acoustic); son (Fender USA Strat, PRS Copper CE22, Taylor 414); two nephews (Strat mini's each & amp); bro-in-law (Fender EC Blackie)... just because they showed interest in something I love.

    To the OP - Good stuff!!! Nothing like a father-son activity to maintain a tight bond...
