Sony PCM-m10 vs Tascam GT-R1/DR-01

Anyone own these units? Looking to purchase one for Band rehearsals possible live show recording . Basically i purchase them at a $50 difference sony being the more expensive. Tascam has more guitarist friendly things and the ability to overdub but is basically the same as the DR-01 as i understand.

I just got the Tascam GT-R1 for a Christmas present. It's darn nice, I like it a lot.

I had to make a descisoin between the boss BR micro and the GTR1 unit. Would love to know more about the GTR1 effects quality. I really only need the comp, delay and reverb to help the ears with headphones. I hear the drives are quite unusable? Any info would be great, thanks.
