The Sorkin Bowtie has a radius of 12". Would a neck with a compound radius of 9.5" to 12" be usable with this bridge? Could there be any set up issues? Would any neck that wasn't 12" be automatically unusable with the Bowtie?

I would think a 12 radius bridge with a compound radius that ended in 12 would be just about ideal.
A rounder radius like a 9.5 would have your strings in the middle too close and the outer to high. You can level frets- faux compound radius- to help with this setup.

I'd bet it'll be close, but perhaps too tight a radius. A compound radius neck should technically have a bridge radius greater than the radius at the last fret, as a conical radius would continue to grow along your string length. It's a moot point, though, since you'll have to notch that bridge (and reset the radius) anyway.

That's why they make files and sandpaper.
