ADA GCS-2 Guitar Cabinet Simulator $119
I am looking at getting one myself.
(edit) Crazy amount of fetures for the price

Vintage (jensen) or Modern (celestion) Speaker voicing
12 or 10in
open or close back
mic positioning

but the ADA doesn't take Speaker input, right?
only preamp or FX loop out, if i'm not mistaken.

i have a H&K Red Box Pro. it does the job.
you can get a Palmer PDI-09 for $160.

I´ve used the Carl Martin Rock Bug a few times, it did the job ok and the price definitely is right.

Prob too expensive but check out the stuff from twonotes... The torpedo and C.A.B

I have the Live (CAB with loadbox in rack format) and it rocks. It's the best sim I've tried until now, the only issue is that you can't mix the IRs, it's only for the bigger version.

Unfortunately, it's out of OP's budget. I would better go for recording wothout the speaker sim and apply IRs in your DAW, it'll sound waaaay better IMHO.

Do you already have preamp so you need a speaker sim only? Or you want to use your amp, so you need speaker sim + dummy load for your amp? Or you just want to go direct and need amp and speaker sim?

So, suggestions for each answer:
1)I would suggest to try some Cab Impulse software.
2)I do not know, if you can find cheaper load box/ amp sim, then palmer
3)Sansamp Character are nice, especially if you spend some time to tweak them.

yeah, to the OP: what exactly are your needs?
do you have an amp and need a 'dummy load' speaker sim?
are you just running all of your pedals directly to a recorder?
