I wanted to try a Boss DD-20. I currently have no Boss pedals on my board and I use the Voodoo Lab power supply. I get it home and I can't power it up unless I use the batteries. I figured it was defective, so I brought it back to GC and they tell me I need the specific Boss AC adapter. I told them that was BS, but we plugged it in and it worked. WTF!?!?! I don't want another AC adapter, so I just returned the unit. Is there any way around this?

With the PP2+, you need to use output 5 or 6 (set to normal mode) for the DD-20. It uses more current than the other outputs can provide.

Current draw for dd20 is more than 100mAh and less then 200mA so PP2+ is good.
    end of story ;)
