And a truly great song.
Usually sung by Carrack, nice rendition.
Good to see Hiram Bullock too.
Squeeze with Jools = perfect.
Great band, great performance, great show. Tilbrook is a great vocalist, but I sorta miss Carrack's vocal on this one (I'm just a little partial to his singing).
Thanks for that. Great rendition of a great tune.
Agreed, but too hip for the rooms my band plays.
We covered "Tempted" a few times (and in my biased opinion, did it quite well) but it was a total flop.
I did love that show (and learned so much from it).
With musicians they start where the talk shows stop. More relaxed, the musicians are truly happy to be performing with their brethren. That show had a lot of great guests.
Absolutely, and also cool historical performance footage.
The sad thing is I don't think there would be a strong audience for this type of show now. Public interest in music is a whole nother thing now from 30 years ago. This style of music is on a downfall as hiphop/rap has dominated the scene for at least the last ten years with no sign of stoppage.
Good seeing a vid with Hiram Bullock again RIP
The media landscape is profoundly changed from what it was 30 years ago.
When Paul performed this with Eric Clapton a few years ago at New Orleans Jazz Fest, I don’t think the tens of thousands of audience members would agree.
Always wished that Aretha would've covered "Tempted". Saw Squeeze, recently, and they were AMAZING!!!!
