Hey all. I know the CV line gets alot of love but I was wondering about these. Seems like a good price and they are sweet looking.
Anyone play/played them?
Thanks!

Just got a used one in black with white guard. I had to dial it in a bit, but I'm digging it. Great sound and doesn't feel budget line at all.

I dig mine.
It needed new electronics and pickups and a quick fret dressing.
Now it's a great guitar. I have a hard time putting it down.

I bought one back in 2008. I liked it a lot then but it doesn't click with me now. Here's why...

Bad six saddle bridge (The saddles on this one set the string alignment off, They need replacing)

500k pots (Combined with the pickups, They make the guitar sound harsh)

Bad tuners (They wear out after so many months)

Also, On mine the truss rod was misaligned. I had to cut wood out of the adjustment hole so I could adjust the truss rod! It could have potential though if you feel like heavily modifying one.

Just gave one a good run. Left it at the store.
I really loved the looks, and it sounded good but didnt like the neck. The radius was fine but it almost felt like a Gibson for some reason, and I dont like Gibson necks at all. I would have bought it if I had a neck to throw on it though.
