Yep, it's really a 3D printer guitar. There was a thread on this last year. Very cool concept. The body is 3D printed and the neck is bolted to that but there's also a reenforced section that holds the bridge, pickups, neck bolt, etc. The gears are being turned by a small battery powered motor in the guitar. Not cheap from what I remember, $3500 or so I think but still very cool.
