Now that I’ve heard all the songs a billion times, I’ve been interested in other interpretations (meaning solos). I love what Herrington and Zingg brought, so I’m always on the hunt. Italian Lello Panico is great, definitely influenced by RF. Really dig his playing. Tim Palmieri from Kung Fu has some terrific ideas. Really give them credit as they know what they are being compared to

Yes! I stumbled across that Italian group some years ago, really enjoy their take on the SD catalog.

Asheville, NC, has an amazing Steely Dan tribute band; Dirty Logic. The guitarist is the very young (maybe 23?), very, very talented Dennis Brumback.

Wow - these guys are brilliant! I ended up listening to the entire show. It's not often you hear Your Gold Teeth II played live!

    Big band, no?

I think it's their second iteration, but I could be wrong.

Howdy Warren, NJ! I'm next door, sheltering in place in New Providence, NJ. My band, Atomic Funk Project, did the entire Aja album plus various greatest hits 3 years ago at the Brooklyn Bowl. Here's a little clip from "Time Out Of Mind".

Hank Easton on guitar. Here is a medley of SD songs he did with his own band. Awesome player!
