I want to go POD HD500 to Boomerang III to FRFR or board, but the Rang output is stereo instrument level. I want line level. At inst level, the signal is to weak to use my K10 likme an amp.

I have a Tech 21 Bass Driver DI. That let's me go from inst to line to FRFR, but it is mono.

Any help? A passive DI is too quite as well, I think. I tried the POD at line level, but it clips the Rang.

The K10 has a setting for mic/line level on one of its inputs. If you set it to mic level you should have more than enough gain to use the K10 with the Boomerang. Just use the mono out of the Boomerang. There is no point of using a stereo connection into the K10. It's a mono speaker.

You could also use the Boomerang in the loop of HD500.

Thanks...I often run two K10's in stereo, or at the very least, run them in stereo FOH (which means I can just use the mixer, but I like to just feed the mixer the lineouts from the K10's).

I thought about the FX loop, but I'll have to see if it will fit all my patches to have it in there. Good call!
