Stereo or wet/dry rig ?

Got a great gig in summer where I play a couple of pretty big open air shows.
I decided to bring my two 1x12 combos and build a pedalboard with OD, fuzz, rotary sim., delay and reverb.
Tempted to go stereo, but otoh I'm curious about a wet/dry rig, in a way Mike Landau uses it. (Amp 1 for OD; Amp 2 for delay &reverb)

I had an awesome Wet/Dry/Wet stereo rig up until a few years ago. LOVED it!!! Had my amp in the middle, mic'd it, ran the mic thru a mic pre, into stereo effects, then thru a small stereo power amp into two 1x12 cabinets (one on either side of my amp). This three speaker setup sounded absolutely killer. Unfortunately the rack that had the stereo stuff in it and the two cabinets were stolen - along with my pedal board. After that event, I never went back there. But I LOVED it while I was running it!
