New year means new strings
Love my Valentine
How about an Axis with tele pickups and bridge. That way I wouldn’t have had to brutalize the neck on my Squier CVC lol. You have any idea how poly is on that thing! Wow!
I’ve thought about building that exact guitar with parts.
One of these hit CL this morning for $125. Crazy good value.
MM EVH and Axis has always has that asymmetric neck carve. I had an Axis HSS Sport that sounded great and typical MM quality, but I couldn't get used to the neck shape.
Little off topic, but I have an OLP EVH copy that if I’m correct came before Sterling’s. Very cheap but sounds and plays great. Don’t know what they are but I really like the pickups in that guitar and the neck is amazing.
If you are talking about the red OLP MM1 axis - yes I agree amazing neck and seriously good pickups. I had about 4 USA wolfgangs and 2 korean ones and none played and sounded like the red OLP.
I keep seeing these reviews indicating the switching is standard Strat on the stV. I thought it was the same as the ebmm, b, m, n, all, and b&n.
