Guess I should have posted this with CZ thread I created, oh well.

Anyone ever shot a Steyr M9 or C9? Searched the interweb and there isn't a whole lot of information. Seem to be plagued with FTE issues although some people never report any.

Held one at a recent gun show and liked the feel but seeking more real world experiences.

Look for video reviews on youtube. Plenty of milsurp collectors out there who do reviews. Try Iraqveteran8888, he has alot of Steyrs i believe.

If I remember correctly the first few years were spotty for quality, but the recent batches have been great. On my watch list. Not sure about the triangle sights, makes sense though.

Triangles and pistol really point nicely, naturally. That's a huge positive.

But for totally shallow reasons-that's one ugly autoloader. Maybe THE ugliest on the market. Maybe the ugliest I've ever seen.

    Here and there....
I had a Steyr GB back in the day....sweet shooter...but it was a large handgun.

Great capacity though....IIRC it was 17+1.
