Just rebought it on CD again, as my old copy never turned up from being MIA. The first replay in the car the other day brought back some serious deja vu.

Such a great record - I chased those guitar tones for a while in the 80s. We used to cover Driven to Tears and When the World is Running Down

Love Andy's playing Canary in a Coalmine. Badass.

great album!!

saw them back in 1980 or 81 at the Capital Center in Largo Md, it was January and near the coldest day of the year and we were in an old station wagon with no heat, I must've been 16 or 17 ...we froze our asses off

GoGo's opened up and were much better than you would think

the Police were fantastic, one of the best show I've ever seen

to be honest I remember freezing my butt off more than the show lol

edit: must have been 1983 not 80-81

God yes...magic on every track. As a young teacher so many years ago, "Don't Stand..." was a cautionary tale as well!
