    Hi guys,

Having been looking around for a great Rosewood - 60's-sound player Strat for some time I finally pulled the trigger:

it is a 97 "Cunetto" Relic
Just an amazing strat, great feeling, huge sound.. sounds like heaven in old Marshall or Hiwatt. I can understand the interest these guitars create.
    I go back playing!

btw, Gorgeous combination with a MKII Treble Booster

    awesome Neck PU sound.
By chance does anybody know what were the pickups used in these guitars ? were there at that time specific models like today's TM ? ('54, 60, 65... PU models)

Wow! That's a cool guitar! I would love to have one but the current 60's Strats have necks that are way to thin for me.

Yes, Fiesta Red is a magical color. And no matter what they say at the FDP about the post-Cunetto paint jobs the ones Vince did flat out rule. Enjoy your tone machine.

GREAT looking guitar, and I bet it sounds every bit as good as it looks. I bet that is nice with that amp, too. What year is that and did you re-tolex it?

    Thanks Phil M.
This is a '72 SuperBass, dead stock incuding that nice yellowed-white tolex with cigarette burns on the top :)
