the g and b are both pushed in. No its not 'normal' or stock.
people did this to reduce the overly loud G and B (and E) strings
it can work but it can also tear the coil and ruin the pickup

I would not buy this pickup.

    Thanks Polynitro

Ive added a pic of the under-side too.

What you said was my thought too ..... I know the poles are staggered for the neck-radius and to get the strings " even " but I just couldnt see this pickup being manufactured and released factory-stock like this.

    Thanks,
    Ben

molded-plastic-bobbin fender pickups have a layer of the plastic between the magnets and the wire; one could argue that this hurts tone (from the increased distance between the magnet and the coil) but it also lets you push the magnets up, down or even completely out of the pickup with no harm to the coil.

i know this to be true of the older american standard pickups, not sure about the noiseless offerings.

So these " poles " *can* be re-pushed back up ? I *thought* they were set in place ?

kind of related why doesnt someone make a wide range humbucker using the rowe pickup grabber screws?
If the problem is making a screw out of cunife, rowe pickups bonded screw threads to a magnet
turning the magnet pole piece into a moveable screw. Why not do that? You wouldnt have to make a perfect cylindrical screw
    out of a magnet.
