Both my boards are catered to Strats. Although I do have a guitar with Filtertrons and another one with single coils and a P90. But I've always based my boards on the Strat and single coils. So, the boards have these overdrives:

    TWE-1
    Duellist
    Jan Ray
    Sick As
    The Dude v2
    Big Bloom
    Blackstone.

My strat-like guitar is a Parker Nitefly. (I much prefer it to actual Strats, but I digress.) I like the Seymour Duncan 805 and JHS Morning Glory for light to medium dirt and the Catalinbread Katzenkonig, Walrus Janus and Shoe Pixel for heavier dirt. If I want to just be contrary I use the Ottobit or Hotone Krush for bit-crushed noise/dirt.

Love the Suhr Eclipse with my Strat and JTM50. Add some Belle Epoch for some ambiance= good to go

Xotic SL Drive. Gives a good thumpy low mid. Adds woodiness and weight to the notes.

I primarily work with fuzz face style circuits, the KoT, or the Barber Gain Changer. I've also had good results with a Suhr Shiba drive. A good clean boost can't be discounted though unless you are playing with a sterile amp.

    Monsterpiece COD.

I only use the neck pickup and it can add bass or treble to what I need. Sounds great going into any Klon type pedal too.

Bad cat Siamese drive is certainly a contender among the most powerful and versatile strat-friendly drive pedals.

The last SSS strat I used was with a Keeley Tone Workstation.
Red Dirt for lead & 1962 for chords.

    HSS strats worked with anything.

I don’t know any dirt box that can’t work well with a strat.
