    Hey all,
My Germino Club 40 was feeling lonely so I cranked 'er up today with my Strat.
    The volume was loud, V1-3:00, V2-5:00, T-12:00, M-5:00, B-8:00, P-5:00.
I plugged into the top left input and used only the bridge pickup, a Tom Short Swinging Single. The cab is my Scumback 2x12 with 65watt M75's, these are the older ones. I have yet to get over to Jim's and get some Cali made speakers, not that these sound bad, but hey, now I want the new ones he's making.
I did use a BMF Effects Sisyphuzz on the last chord for feedback, otherwise nothing else except for reverb from Pro Tools.
Mic'd with an AKG C214 on the left channel and an Audix i5 on the right.

Special thanks to David Grissom for the licks/inspiration, especially the "root while simultaneously bending the 6th up to a flat 7th" lick.
Finally got to meet him at NAMM, nice!

    Anyway, hope you like it.

Great tones, great tones. I love Germino amps. I need to try some M75s w/ my Classic 45.

As always, thanx for posting Jim!

That is chunky and jangly in all the right places - nice job!

Thanks DICKIE C, the Scumbacks are a good match for the Germinos.
    Thanks for listening phalanges.

Cool tones and way cool playing. Stratocasters and Marshall type amps are a glorious pairing. AND - that's the way a Strat volume knob should look. The funk supplied from a well used volume knob always contributes to the overall Experience..... :aok

Thanks stelligan. The knob does add to the mojo.

    Thanks cg.
Did you get the headbox from Germino yet?
