Still love my Analogman 2SB Sunface, but I couldn't resist another fuzz so I ordered a 68 Red Velvet Fuzz from Chase Tone.

not a fuzz, but an UF, i.e., an UnderFuzz.
here, i never reach quite so far as the dimed edge of its fuzzabilities.

one of my fave underfuzzes of ever:
    skreddy screwdriver deluxe (big box).

improv recorded in jan 2017, minimal effects: digitech obscura delay + neunaber slate reverb.
    i just felt like it.

pedal is always on, boosting a bit, with my fryette d120 amp set for about 97% clean..... just some saturation coming from the pushed power-amp.

    2 shots of it:

    with blooey:

    with pinky t.:

I'm always interested in hearing recordings of how/what people use the who/what/where/whys of fuzz.

    Ridiculously sublime.

Teeming with emphasis right up to and beyond the
liminal threshold where thoughts sprout out of feelings.

Not fuzz, but Stu just built me a custom pedal I saw on his Instagram and arrived yesterday haha! It’s his JFet Boost based on the Preamp of the Vox Long Tom Echo Jimmy Page used around LZII. Mine was only the 3rd he’s done so far, doesn’t advertise it or anything. It sounds incredible! Tightens up the low end in my rig and gives the front end of my amp a serious kick. Really killer pedal and Stu was one of the nicest guys I’ve talked to about a piece of gear. Hit him up!

Totally agree. Stu is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Dude knows his stuff.

That’s a cool boost pedal. This thread makes me want to spend money too often....

A few years back I had Jon Curl at Acid Fuzz build me a custom MKI, MKII/Supa and MKIII that I dubbed the ToneTortionist and it delivers everything I want from a Tone Bender. (Ha, my 2000th post and it's one with a super tonebender!!!)

That Slash MXR Fuzz is one of the best under the radar fuzzes out there.
Octave up and down.... and a killer straight up fuzz tone. Cheap, too. I
    think it's a no-brainer. :aok

I had a ton of fun playing with it but when I was about to adjust the internal trimmer for the octave up, I found out MXR used hex screws on the bottom plate!!! What were they thinking?!?!?!
