I stripped the nitro finish off the back of a strat neck. i like a worn in and woody feel, instead of the sticky/lacquer feel. Should I wipe something like Tung oil or Tru oil on the bare wood, or can I leave it natural without too much issue. I'm not concerned about warranties at this point.

Tru Oil. Steel Wool. Then play, play, play.
