What is the most user-friendly/easy controller for the Strymon Timeline in order to access: 1. Looper (Start/Stop/Overdub), 2. Looper Half Time/Reverse, 3. Bank Up/Down.

The DMC MIDI controllers from Disaster Area Amps are wonderful... and Matt (the owner/builder) is as awesome as they come.

Check out my YouTube playlist here.
Visit the D.A.A. website here.
And read all the TGP banter here.

I've decided to go with the RGB DM-6 so I can have 3 modes (Looper, Presets 1, Presets 2) which gives me all the functions of the looper with 10 presets

You may want to try searching in that case. I think there are a few other threads like this one.

Lots of people like the DMC's, but others are using Peak and Midi Mouse/Moose controllers.

according to Matt over at Disaster Area Amps, i'll be getting the first prototype of the DMC-3XL, after the testing has been done next week!
Timeline Hammertone finish with a roller on the right!

now i won't have ANY excuse to keep my Line 6 M9, right?
...right, guys?
i mean... i can finally sell off my M9, right?

What's the difference with the 3XL?

I found the midi mouse didnt really add to what the timeline could actually do, the midi moose might be good.

for looper, as above, i reckon the DMC stuff is hard to beat.

This is my Controller, but i dont use the looper.....

It couldve been bigger! lol

but yea, it caters for my delay perfectly for me, as this board is all about the delay, i wanted something to access delays without scrolling too much.

My other choice would def be the DMC, green with racing stripe looks killer!!
