Ok, so I'm getting a Pedal Power 2+ in the mail soon and I know it comes with a cable that works with the DL4. My stupid question is, why can the PP2+, which is DC, power the DL4 when the DL4 says it requires 9v AC? Just wondering. :hide

i believe it converts it internally? cause it will work on a 1 spot with an adapter as well...

Remember that the DL4 (and the others in the same line) can also be powered by flashlight batteries (defintely NOT AC!) It's not the volts the DL4 needs, but the amps - 200mA minimum which is what the PP2+ pumps out on 2 of its outlets.

Oh yeah, who would load up a bunch of C batteries in that thing anyway?
While we're on the subject, will daisy-chaining off a Pedal Power 2+ outlet introduce hum? I'm getting the 18v y-cable and was hoping to run both my OCD and DLS at 18v without taking up 4 spots on the Pedal Power.
