Suggest a good DVD course

    Lately been feeling like I just can't move forward with my playing. I learn lots of new material but my understanding of how to improvise is just lacking.
    I'm primarily interested in sharpening up in blues and thinking a good DVD course would help immensely. Let's hear some suggestions please !

    Truefire has an all access pass on sale for $99. great deal. i think it ends at midnight though.
