You know better than I sir and if I had that kind of cash, it sure as hell wouldn’t stop me from wanting to experience one.

These Auras really appear to be next level craftsmanship.

Every Aura photo I've seen posted, and CaliCaveman's unboxing video - all of them just outrageously beautiful looking guitars. Meticulous in detail and finishing.
Congrats to John Suhr for bringing these to life. They look incredible.

This one just stunning, and that top is amazing in that stain colour.
It must look magnificent when finished.

Did anyone get an 'odd' story when inquiring about that Aura @ Eddies?

Holy Mother of Pearl... I am the first to gripe about expensive guitars, but these speak for themselves. Not a single affectation or quirk -- just mega-attractive playability and complete form/function/materials synergy. It's hard -- impossible for most of us -- to conceive a truly advanced and refined guitar that moves past the received great forms being copied or tweaked (or debased) but these Auras actually get there. Nope, I can't afford one, but they look like they're a bargain at the price. Yow.

Gibson has filed a trademark lawsuit against Dean. Is that going to cause new issues for Aura?

Was wondering the same thing. Gibson made Tom Anderson make changes to the Bulldog because Tom just didn’t bother to fight Gibson. I’m willing to bet every small company bought Mr Paul Reed Smith a drink when they beat Gibson over the SC250.

Hi folks. I represent JS Technologies (Suhr) in legal matters. Rest assured, Gibson has no valid claim against the Aura.

This Suhr has a quality, an atmosphere, an intangible feeling surrounding it.
There should be a word for that.

I cant imagine what my wife would say ...love to be in that stratosphere...unfortunately jewelry and guitars are never on the equal footing much to my reality...im alright with it but just once id like to...well you know...suhrs are a great axe...if you bond its strong...
I will add that this aura is probably worth every dollar in craftsmanship and pride of owner ship...no doubt.
