Suhr: record-breaking speed for customer support

    Just wanted to say a brief word of praise for the customer support offered by Suhr.

    I had barely enough time to make myself a sandwich after emailing Suhr with a question about my Badger 18, when I discovered that Chris (Suhr customer support) had already phoned and left a detailed and helpful message.

    Yikes! How fast is that?

    Kudos to the folks at Suhr.

    I've had excellent customer support from John and Ed with a couple of Suhr guitars. Very impressive......the guy who has his name on the headstock takes care of his customers.

    Yup. The tube rectifier had fried. I'm the original purchaser; I've owned the amp since Feb/07 (had to call the sales person while he was still at Winter NAMM to make sure I snagged it). It is prototype #8. I guess power scaling can be a bit tough on rectifiers.

    Popped in a replacement 5Y3GT; problem solved.

    Glad to hear it. I found the same thing out about Suhr- tremendous customer support. Similar situation- John went out of his way to help me and went over & above.
