Here's a cool Jazzy BT. I recently installed this Weber Silver Bell 12" speaker in my Sewell Texaverb 25 combo. I've played with the Sewell for a few weeks and it sounds great. I wanted to see how the D'Lite would sound running through it. Anyway I've got the BT and my take. I should have worked with the song more, but I just ran through it a few times to get some ideas and then just did a one take recording. Oh Well.

Thanks JGP. I appreciate the kind words. I'm a real novice when it comes to jazzy stuff compared to a player like you.. I'm really trying to get the vibe and feel of this music to help me expand as a guitar player. The amp really helps in this process.:D

Thanks Carl. Are you going to take a shot at the backer? I'll be waiting.:)

Thanks John. You know it's hard NOT to get a good tone with the D'Lite. :)

Thanks Pinner. WOW !! That was just so smooth and beautiful. This is the type of jazz playing I'd really have to work very hard at to sound as confident and smooth as you. You owned this backer big time. VERY appropriate guitar jazz tone. Muy Bueno !!!!

P.S. What guitar and amp did you use to record your clip?

Thanks Tex!! Certainly a fun song to play over!
I used my Squier Esprit with a Dimarzio Virtual Vintage in the neck into my Fuchs ODS Bassman mod (with some delay) into my Glaswerks 1x12xl cab w/1265. Thanks again for the BT!

Nice job! I always get a Carlos vibe from your playing. Tasty stuff.

Way to go Steve! A little dark maybe, but your Pat'isms didn't go unnoticed on me! LOL

Good solo Phil! Way to go for it. Really nice phrases in there.

Wow, a blast from the past. What a fun tune!!!
Thanks Scotty!!!! Glad you noticed the pat'ism attempts lol!!

Sweet. Both great takes. Flawlessly executed and so harmonically hypnotic.

Really nice to hear and learn from what you do in the context of a standard tune.:D
