    Seems like a neat idea, yes. Curious to hear a demo of it.

    I'd change the name, though. Since there were brown amps and blonde amps, I'd name it "Brunette" or something (I get what they are going after, but it's okay to have names that give a nod to something without having to directly use the same name/wording).

    The minimalism of having an Always-On pedal without an on-off switch...yeah, ok, I see what they are trying to do, but having the switch gives people the ability to make a value judgement. If that pedal was available for people to buy in stores, you'd see it with a footswitch.

    Love the name if it gives that middy ratty distortion the Brownface amps have.
    But it must have a switch. You can't NOT have a switch on a pedal like that. Just a true bypass switch is enough.
