I bought a Gigrac 1000st PA amp thinking it would be versatile. When played at low volume, I was hoping it would be humfree and very clean. When I turned it on, a fan came on and it was noisy. Is this the nature of the beast when it comes to high watt PA amps or do I have noise free options ?
