    Hey Folks,

Here are 25 test MP3 clips of the Swart Atomic Space Tone amp that I did, two or three were posted here before but the rest are new but from the same session. Speaker is the stock Mojotone. It's alot of sounds to listen to but I thought some people may want to hear various samples.... Direct links added below or Main page: http://gregv.us/SwartAmp.htm

http://gregv.us/SwartAmp_GregV_humbuck.mp3 This jam features a PRS McCarty humbucker guitar with the most power-tube distortion/grind of any clips I did. It's a long clip but shows the Swarts dynamic range from "cleanish to legato grind" with only the guitars volume control being used, the amp was turned up about 2/3 aprox. From about 1:30 you can hear the notes distinction even with some power-tube juice.

Sounds really good. i picked one up a few weeks ago - i had an issue with the reverb, ended up flipping the reverb tank over and it works perfectly. I also get a high pitch whistle when the volume is at 10 - other than that it sounds phenomenal.

I find teh amp sounds better if i'm facing it sideways or even facing the back of the amp.

    Greg V. knows Tremolo...

Dude, seriously - I don't think I've ever heard anybody use amp Tremolo as adeptly (is that a word?) as you. Gorgeous tones - spooky, swampy, lilting, airy, greasy BBQ tones, etc. THANK YOU! Totally inspiring...

    Greg -

Tailgate Troub is a CD-full of movies - these clips are a bunch of photos from the scrapbook! For your next CD project, you should maybe consider doing a suite of fragments like these for part of it? I love the full-fledged songs, but these are wonderful too.

Thanks for the supportive words! I'm glad these "fragments" as David said, can perhaps give some sonic perspective on the Swart... Oh and yes!! Erskin's right! I dig TREMOLO-lo-lo-lo esp the tube-bias trem found on the Swart, it's really round and swampy. Peace and Chicken' Grease!

For those clips, when the amp was first released, it was the stock Mojotone speaker. Just after doing those clips I started using G12H30 Anniversary speakers. They give a touch more bass and vibrancy overall, IMO.
