T-tops vs Antiquities

Hello everybody,
I have a 14 VOS Sg that now has a pair of SD Antiquities.
A friend of mine sold me today a pair of late 70's T-tops,
that I won't be able to try for at least a couple of weeks.

How they compare to the antiquities? Anyone has experience to share?

I wish I could help. I've never tried the antiquities but I love T-Tops.

I've tried both. If all is well with the T-tops, that would be my preference.

A different flavor that is a great substitute. Very popular in the 70's (before the Dimarzios) and very useful. Low output for the most part. Nice detail and excellent harmonics.

So sad to think of the thousands of t-tops thrown in the trash when replaced with Dimarzio SD's in the 70s......I am guilty of that
