    OK.

So TC Electronic has introduced to us the Ditto X2 :banana

    It looks like this:

Now that there's a chassis for "X2" pedals, what would you like to see?

What do you think TC's next pedals are gonna be?

    :idea :crazy :rockin

A Flashback X2 with dedicated tap tempo would be awesome but I think that would pretty much kill their Nova Repeater and possibly even the Nova Delay.

Definitely flashback x2. 2 presets, tap tempo and expression control. Top mount jacks mean it probably wouldn't take up much more space than a regular flashback.

Yes, bring a flashback X2 with tap tempo and presets. I'll buy one.

I am SOOOO wanting some type of HOF X2. I would give anything to have two reverb presets in one pedal. That way I could go from a Plate setting to either Church or MOD.

I imagine it would have to have a switch that allowed the 2nd footswitch to be tap tempo OR a 2nd preset. Though, could you use the same type of physical switch to do both of those things?

    I'd buy a Flashback X2. Do it!

They have X4 enclosures but we haven't seen anything other than the Flashback X4. There's no reason to assume they'll use the X2 enclosures for anything else at this point.

A Ditto x4 seems like it would be really interesting. ;)

I'd definitely pick up a Flashback X2, it'd be the perfect size and have the perfect features

Could do a press and hold of tap tempo switch to change presets. Pretty simple.

How do you switch between stored loops, or maybe you can't?

I don't think you can store multiple loops on the Ditto X2 (it looks like you can only store one loop in the unit), but if they ever did a Ditto X4, then I certainly hope that would be a feature on it.

Aren't all the Toneprint era T.C pedal enclosures until now drilled for the same amount of pots? A Flashback X2 might not be too intuitive with one knob. Saying that, a dual Toneprint only pedal would be cool imo. Or a X4 type thing with a Toneprint slot for one each of dirt, mod, delay, and verb.

I would like to revive this thread for an Alter Ego x2 as I would really like an AEX4 but it's like half my board space..
