I just received the FB and I am impressed so far. However I have a question regarding its use in the amp effect's loop.
Is it normal that the pedal does not mute the signal when i use the tap tempo in the effect's loop of my Bogner Shiva (w/ Suhr minimix)
I tried it before the amp's input and the tap tempo works as advertised...it mutes the signal while I strum the tempo on my guitar. In the effect's loop, it's another story.
Can someone help me on this one?

Is the effects loop on your amp serial or parallel?

Well, there's your answer. If it's parallel, the dry signal is still going through. Consider if you had one stream, splitting into two, then mixing back together at the end. If you blocked one of those two split-off streams, that wouldn't stop the other from flowing, right?

    Same dealio.

Thanks a lot. I hope that TC will come up with a new Flashback pedal with tap tempo button and presets storage at the size of the Nova delay.

open the back, and slide the bottom slider to the right I think, puts it in "dry kill" mode=check the manual
