Twister are amps made by Jade Lowrey in Ohio. www.twisteramps.com

He is a super cool guy to deal with. I have bombarded him with questions about his amps for months and he is always quick and courtious in responding. Met up with him to test out the F2 a little while back and that box is a monster. I am getting one soon. Check out his site and he is supposed to have new sound clips up soon. The ones on his site really don't do his amps justice.

    Beat me to it, Cat.

Twister Amps, as noted by Catmouth, are made by Jade Lowery, who, I can assure you, is the most courteous, helpful, and talented amp maker with whom I've ever done business.

The Twister F-2 is a 1x12 combo, 18 watt screamer. Perfect for recording or club gigs, it gets up into the sweet spot live on stage without having to get stupidly loud. The tone, touch sensitivity, and depth of this thing have to be felt to be believed. This is one of those amps where you control the whole thing with the volume control; back off, and it clear and sweet, roll it up for solos and the creamy, sustaining overdrive is exactly the stuff that DREAMS are made of. :dude

Oh yeah, I'm sold. :AOK (Sheesh, I sound like a sales brochure, don't I? Did I mention the 10-year warranty, and that the serial number inscribed on the amp is my name 01...?)
