    I like the look of the slab Tele best but if the contours are only on the back then who sees them? Nope to forearm contours though...

    I corrected my post. It's actually a FMT (flame maple top).

    I have three Stratocasters in that series and they are all QMTs so I have the bad habit of calling the Tele a QMT but as you can see, the top is flamed maple not quilted.
