Love Teles but never gave to much thought to these models. Not sure why these arent more popular in the real world (dont see alot of folks gigging with them). They seem to cover a ton of ground.
Sorry no pics, but I just scored a great deal on a Roadworn version in black. I'm neutral on the relic thing but I was sold on the guitar right after picking it up- feels super comfy. The finish is very well done, if I didnt know better because of the price I would have thought for sure it was a 40 year old axe.
Still getting used to the P/U switch position after hitting it a couple times but I'm starting to think I like it better there.
Anybody else rocking these?

Do you mean the Tele with binding? If so I have a 62 AVRI Tele custom I think is a lotta fun to play. Sunburst and twangy!

I think he means the Road Worn 72 Custom. I wanted one when they came out but never found one to try out. Does it look like this? How do the pickups sound?

Yeah, that is the exact same one.
Pickups sound great, I know the bucker has a bad rep around here but they sound great to me both clean and dirty.
It also keeps tune like a dream, after I bought it it went into the trunk while the lil lady went on a shopping trip for a few hours(we were on a road trip) and it was really cold. After 2 days of playing it I threw the tuner on it just to see and it was still spot on in tune.

I've had a few over the years, USA, MIJ, and MIM. They are killer guitars, especially for a Les Paul guy like me. The wide range pickup is pretty different from an original.
I play my '74 every night.
