Tele sounds way thin in the middle position of the 3 way switch with both pickups combined. Tele has a humbucker in the neck and a Dimarzio Hot Tele noiseless in the bridge. Should I switch the wires on the neck humbucker or the bridge Dimarzio noiseless?
    thanks in advance!

Check out Lollar's site in the FAQ, he has some good info on this. Sounds like one is out of phase, simple switch of the hot and ground on one pup.

It's probably better to switch the neck PU if the bridge has a base plate that is grounded w/ the black wire or is bonded to the black lead. Not familiar w/ the Dimarzio hot tele though so maybe someone w/ knowledge about that PU will chime in. Without saying you seemed to have determined that the PUs are out of phase. at least w/ a tele it shouldn't be to hard to try that out. Good Luck!
