Just snagged a TA100 from a kind hearted TGP'er, now I'm wondering where it should be in the signal chain. Fuzzes go up front, but ODs can go anywhere ahead of the delays. Any thoughts?

The TA-100 is described as an OD but it has germanium clipping, no Op Amp or LEDs.

    Thanks!

I had one a couple years ago and couldn't bond with it as it always sounded a bit harsh to me. With its construction in mind, I would put it first in the chain and see how you get along with it. :)

Well, just tried it first, then after three buffered output pedals. Sounded good either way, not at all like a fuzz after a compressor.

Speaking of, this pedal is awesome with either a boost or a compressor in front of it.
