Just got a hoof about a week ago and have been in love! It sounds great with my fenders and vox!

    what are your favorite settings?

    tones (songs) it nails?

    Love mine!

Roll the shift fully counter clock for more mids and tone at about 11. Fuzz up.

Not really nailing anything in particular, but I love this sound. It's cutting but still really boomy!

I really wanted to try one, but ended up getting a deal for a Musket instead.

Can the Hoof be articulate when hitting chords?

From my knowledge the hoof really tracks well (better than my Russian muff) and it rolls off on the volume really well so i used it for a great crunchy rhythm

I roll the tone way back and keep the shift at about 11 o'clock for super thick, dark, chewy fuzz. Contrasts really nicely with my MKI bender.

That said, I love what a versatile fuzz the Hoof is. So many sounds in such a small box!

I think it's pretty articulate. Probably not as much as my top fuel, but pretty clear.
