I've wondered who funds this guy. Youtube ad revenue? Seems time consuming to learn metal covers on folk and toy instruments and upload perfectly rehearsed videos of same.

As someone who lives in Texas and teaches evolution, this hits a bit too close to home.

That's the beauty of the tempered pine Dennis uses. And it's super resonant too. Mine would resonate like a bloody cello when I played. Such great tones.

We want a full report on how this one is, once you can set it down long enough to type. :)

They are not as big as they look. Really pretty comparable to a JM or Jaguar. Much lighter though and pretty ergonomic to play.

I’ve only seen one in person once - Matthew Sweet was playing his last time I saw him. Sounded great. And Jason Victor was playing his Swope GTO beside him and yeah.

Continuing Saga of my Les Paul Classic:

Bridge pickup, ~okay with the band
Neck pickup sounds like an adult in a Peanuts Holiday Special.

Tonally my SG's walk all over this thing. I thought '57 Classics were supposed to be good pickups? Or least better than Burstbuckers... I also thought uncovered pickups were supposed to be brighter, I'd hate to hear what these things sound like with chrome covers.
