Beautiful! Is this a bias adjustment pot?A BC Audio JMX50 Octal-Plex Series amp now headed for Ohio! 2xEL34, 4x 6SL7 octal preamp tubes, true point-to-point.

Thank you! Yes, bias. I like to use a real pot (as apposed to a trim pot) for bias, for reliability. I wish I had made it adjustable from outside the chassis. That will come in a later version.Beautiful! Is this a bias adjustment pot?
Purafied Audio's '38' amp.
It has 3 channels of modified '68 plexi style architecture with some seriously phenomenal tones available. The hot rodded '68 lead channel is where it's at on this guy, but the '68 SLP crunch channel and the JCM 800 style Low Input clean channel with '68 hybrid voicing are rad too.
The amp is based on one of the modded Marshall heads at The Panda Studios in Fremont CA that was used on a bunch of albums and people dug it so much they decided to start building them for bands that recorded with it and other studios that wanted one.

Is this head for sale?Sam Eigen's gutted Marshall Studio Vintage SV20H with a custom hand-wired mod.
Channel 1 = '69 SLP style Bright Channel with bright cap on volume
Channel 2 = '68 SLP style Bright Channel with no bright cap on volume
Pull Volume 1 and it converts the amp into a hot rodded high gain plexi.
Pull Volume 2 to add in a mid high fat gain boost
Post Phase inverter master volume on back
Zero Loss FX Loop with loop bypass switch on back
Dual negative feedback selector switch on back that switches from vintage to boosted + a fixed value depth circuit.
Modified Emulated DI on back
5H Choke
Front panel power attenuation switch was integrated into the new design, so you still get high and low power modes.
