There used to be a CTS SPST (only two terminals) available from Allparts but that has gone and the remaining ones are nasty, don't go there.

Allparts stocks a push/pull long shaft that has a USA spec shaft and bushing. It's not CTS but it's the best one I have found so far. We stock them if interested or you can buy direct from Allparts

I don't know why CTS does not produce a DPDT push/pull or still make the SPST push/pull. Seems like there would be a huge market for it. I once looked at having CTS make up a run of them for me but it's a 2500 piece minimum order and I didn't have the cash laying around to do that many.

I've fitted that one a few times and it is the same quality as a stock pot from a Chinese Squire Strat(risk one if you like) poor audio taper and varies in resistance wildly.

And??? no where near the speck of a standard CTS pot so unless you can get an old CTS SPST I would still say don't bother.

When you use these you really need to think of them as a switch and not a pot - OK maybe a switch with a mother in law attached.
