    Big Muff?
    ToneBender?
    Fuzz Face?

His rhythm fuzz tones....i.e...Elevation and such.

    What would work best?

Big Muff, Ampeg Scrambler, or Sobbatt typically during Elevation tour.

Elevation is a Kay Fuzztone on the intro, with perhaps a Scrambler during the verses.

He uses a lot of different dirt on a lot of different songs.

Boss PW-2 is being used a bit these days
    Still has the Big Muff...
    Sobbat DB-2 Drivebreaker
He's got a Durham Sex Drive on the board now, but that's for lower overdrive stuff
Of course he's still using the SDD-3000 preamp boost into a cranked Vox

And he's getting most of the album tones using this puppy on on the tour:

Huh. I wonder why he's using a Boss Power Driver? I have one, but never found it too useful...

Shall we play the I Spy game?
    Name those pedals . . . .
Starting from the left . .
    Top - Lovetone Meatball
    Bottom - Lovetone Doppleganger

From there I get lost, . . I can't identify the grey box or the what appears to be an older Electroharmonix Memory Man above it. The obvious tubescreamer . . and from there I need help as I don't do Boss pedals.

I reckon the box under the Electronharmonix effect may be an old box Mayer Voodoo 1.

The EH is a Big Muff Pi. The green one is obviously a TS. White Boss is probably a Delay (DD-3 maybe?). Orange one is the Power Driver. Silver one on the far right might be that Sobbat someone mentioned. There is a Line 6 Tap Trem (or another of that Line 6 series) next the Boss Delay in the video. Can't tell about the others. I really want a Doppleganger.

    Ding ding ding!

    Give the man a medal!

Yeah, it's definitely the GE-7, not a boss delay...he's got two TC-2290s in his rack, plus two SDD-3000s. Not really hurting for delay units there!

He does use a DL-4 on keys, though:

The Line6 in the video is a tap trem, but it seems to have dropped off the board after the early stages of the tour.

alrite hes got all the pedals down (dont thinks theres a durham pedal though) but do u got his rack gear??

everyone knows about his 2290s, hes got four of those, 2 line 6 pod pros, 2 of those custom DM4s, 2 ams s-dmx digital delay / samplers, an eventide harmonizer (forget which one), 2 korg sdd3000 delays, 2 korg a3 multi effects, and a rocktron dynamic volume controller

pedals (just to refresh everyone) loveton meatball and doppelganger, ehx big muff, ampeg scrambler, ts9 tubescreamer, boss ge7 eq, boss cs2 compression sustainer, boss pw2 power driver (not sure wat he uses for that either), boss fa1 fet amp/preamp booster, skrydstrup bufferooser boost, and sobbat drive breaker

With all that gear, why does he need the Pod pro's? I would think all his tones would be covered without the Pod's.

I'm somewhat disappointed that he's using the Pod's, especially with all the other stuff he has. Wouldn't it be a hoot if all the other gear was for show and all he really uses is the Pod's?

that would be funny but sad too
like there's some alright delay sounds on the pod pro but nothing beats a tc 2290. when you think about it, he doesnt need those pods, waste of rack space, o well. hes got a crazy tone with or without the pods

He uses the PODs for speaker emulation going out into the house...saw it in an interview with Dallas Schoo, his guitar tech.
