Hi, after a careful guitar woodwork but being a bit irreverent I replace the original neck pickup with a old Gibson humbucker (maybe from 1966 or near..not sure about) in my Standard Fender Telecaster (MIM). For testing I wrote TGP BOP, the melody theme go over a typical bebop chord structure, (Oleo', 'I've Got Rhythm', 'Moose the Mooch' or 'Anthropology). I think this Gibson pickup got a distinctive pleasant tone from my Telecaster body...jazzy archtop like even and blues/rock hot when overdrive, I feel it warm and resonant rich at my fingers and ears ..BINGO! what do you think about pals? .

    I didnĀ“t use amp or pedal/boxes,
Guitar just hooked to a BLUETUBE Presonus tube preamp then M-audio Delta audio card to PC. Process: NI Guitar Rig 2 and bare EQing - (I get 2-3 m.sec.max latency enuf for comfortable real time playing)

Smokin' as always, Carlos! Great to hear some new stuff of yours again. Dug the sound of the guitar.. man, those teles can be taken everywere sonically, can't they? (Or perhaps, death metal on a tele wouldn't quite work, lol..)

Hola Carlos! Good to hear from you!!! I missed you dude!

Track sounds great! Reminded me of Stern on the head. Similar tone I think? Were you going for a Stern vibe? I did not recognize you!

    Amazing playing as usual!

    Hi Carlos,

Great to see you back here!
Doesn't it ever get tiresome to compose all those great tracks, play some wicked guitar, record them with great sound
and heap all the praise? :D

Thanks for posting. Made my day!

    Cheers,
