Not clones, but budget pedals (or less desirable on the used market) that can fill in for a more expensive pedal, but without the bells and whistles:

These are what come to mind initially:
    VHT Melo-Verb ~ Flint
Midnight 30 Serenity ~ Blue Sky
Danelectro Rocky Road ~ any high end rotary pedal
    Joyo D-Seed ~ El Capistan

Zoom g1 on. Better modulations than those on my eventide h9. Great verbs and delays

    Poor man's H9 is Zoom MS70CDR.

The difference is that you can use up to 5 algorithms simultaneously on the Zoom and most of the sounds they are trying to emulate are just damn good.

Anything madbean or general guitar gadgets.

    Anything joyo too.

SD-1 is the poor man's tube screamer, it just happens to sound just as good as one when it's on. Bypassed is a different story though.

I had never heard of midnight 30 before, but they look like they make some good pedals at a good price point. Thanks for the share OP

The poor man has it better than ever, I think, at least when it comes to gear.

The marshall pedals (the 90's mini tank ones) can be had for cheap if you're patient and find them used. The regenerator has plenty of options for one off modulation and the echohead has a lot of bells and whistles along with an input for tap tempo.
