I thought of the perfect band name for those sad, late middle aged gents like myself playing blues.....The Assless Chaps.

    It has everything! :D

    But it's already taken! :(

So I'm afraid it's going to have to be:

Girth Brooks and the Assless Chaps...;)

    :D

Way too edgy for that crowd.

    Has to be something like...

    Mojo Gypsies

Those are the vanilla. And then there's just a bit further:

Penta Thrill (only if you shred a bit with your blues, a risky venture)

Rasta Masta (only if you do some trees with your keys)

Blues Diggity (word up to your old lady)

    Let the Blues Drop (iBlues)

Djentilly Lace (7 strings thicker than piano wire in your blues)

You'd better Google 'Girth Brooks' first. ;)

Assless chaps is redundant anyway. Chaps are by design, assless.

Is is fun to say though…..

I got the double entendre of course…..My vote for a band name of that ilk was always 'Hanging Chads' which was surprisingly unclaimed (and I've been suggesting it for years), but I was told that someone eventually took it.
