I guess I should consider that. My hope is that my kid is home when it comes and he stashes it somewhere safe until I can slip it past she who must be obeyed (most of the time);)

I like it a lot so far. My wife had brought it in while I was gone, so it was all warmed up...barely had to touch the setup.

That's always great advice for those of us who
    experience dramatic temperature changes in
the winter months. I NEVER unbox anything
until the shipping container and contents are
acclimated to room temp. If it takes a day so
    be it. :aok

    In the moment,.. hopefully.
Red Zen has Queen tones in there for my rig anyway.

Tie Your Mother Down is real close with a 5e3 and using a suhr iso line out to drive my Jauernig combo.

    With a tele.

My buddy has a Suhr riot that is fighting for its life compared to the Red Zen.

I got a Ramble FX twin bender in trade for the RZ.

But the RZ is not going anywhere soon. I really only use one pedal for drive most times. Stacking makes for too much to me. I would prefer straight in but the 5e3 is missing a bit of heavy gain.

That is a gorgeous guitar. I love the bigsby with the adjustable handle so you can get it where you actually need it, not a few inches too low!

Zen and Jube arrived. Had 5 mins to try the Jube. Sounded wonderful.

Can't wait to actually play them.

    On Thursday.

    Sexy axe wow.
I’m with you on the pedals as I cleaned off my board yesterday. Put four nice pedals in the emporium that are not Lovepedal’s that I’m sure I’ll regret later but man the pedals accumulate fast.

So after spending some more time w with the White Zen I'm really digging it. Does anyone know what the the actual differences between the White and standard are?

Good question. I'm interested in this too. I have the standard (black, RF), the Red and the Gold II. Kind of have the three of them figured out. But no idea how the White fits in.

Yeah....the red and gold have clear differences. The white and standard are pretty close. Close enough that I'm not sure I'm actually hearing differences or imagining them...

Literally my last physical, after i dropped my pants and leaned over the exam table, I said to my doctor, "I don't care what others say, this is not my idea of fun."
My cute female doctor, and mother of three, slapped on a big dolop of KY and said "at least I have small fingers Jeff," and then laughed while she quickly probed. It broke new ground in our relationship, next time I'm showing up with some Rodney Dangerfield one liners :D

I'm not sure that anyone actually knows.

I'm also not sure that Sean has made a definitive statement on it? I haven't been here for every single post though.
